Having ridden thousands of miles in every imaginable condition, he understands exactly what cyclists need from their equipment. Every Ewhurst Bike is designed with the same principles that have guided his engineering career—performance, reliability, durability, and attention to detail.

Main Terms of Business
- The cost of all work will be agreed in advance before any work begins, except for minor variations that may arise during servicing, repair, or investigation.
- Full payment is required before the bicycle, frame, or any other item can be collected.
- Bicycles, frames, or other items not collected by the agreed collection date may be subject to a storage charge of £10 per day.
- Charges for complex technical investigations, e-bike diagnostics, remote support, or work carried out away from our workshop must be paid in advance.
- If any issues arise following completion of our work, we will investigate them promptly and make every reasonable effort to resolve them fairly and efficiently.
Alpine Race Frame Guarantee
All Alpine Race™ frames manufactured by Ewhurst Bikes™ are covered by a lifetime guarantee.
Non-consumable main components supplied as part of an Alpine Race™ build are covered by a three-year guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable items
- Misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Damage caused by incorrect use, modification, or servicing by third parties
- Failure resulting from components or alterations not approved by Ewhurst Bikes™
Any variation to these terms must be agreed in writing by both parties.
